Chicken Marsala

We were inside a different grocery store today. It looked like a department store but there were groceries on the bottom floor! I spotted a bottle of Marsala wine and grabbed it! It has been forever since we had Chicken Marsala😋It is one of my absolute favorites! So we get home and realize that we only have pork in the freezer. I get out the flour and brown those puppies. Then I made the sauce. Mushroom, garlic and onion heaven in Marsala wine with some broth. Anyway, it is now reducing so we will see what happens!
