We were inside a different grocery store today. It looked like a department store but there were groceries on the bottom floor! I spotted a bottle of Marsala wine and grabbed it! It has been forever since we had Chicken MarsalašIt is one of my absolute favorites! So we get home and realize that we only have pork in the freezer. I get out the flour and brown those puppies. Then I made the sauce. Mushroom, garlic and onion heaven in Marsala wine with some broth. Anyway, it is now reducing so we will see what happens!
Well? How did it turn out? Was pork marsala as good as chicken marsala??
